The Eagle Tire Baler was designed to: eliminate collection of waste water (conducive to mosquito breeding), reduce volume, reduce fire hazard, and to provide beneficial usage of waste tires in baled form. The tire bale also creates a retrievable product, if mono- filled, for future uses. We have trade marked the name "Enviro-Block" for our unique tire bale. Review our special baler web-site to learn about the "Enviro-Block" System. The bale contains 100 waste tires compressed to the size of 2 1/2’ x 4 1/2’ x 5’. The baler is capable of baling four bales per hour or thirty two bales in an 8 hr. shift. This would equate to 3200 waste tires in a day. The bales can consist of 70% car and 30% truck tires. Portable units are diesel and electric. The ETB90 baler can be used for many other recyclables.
