MOBILE SOLUTIONS
Our Mobile Sorting Solutions are designed to be easily transported from site to site just with a hook lift truck without need for cranes or any other transport. The SORT-TEC mobile solutions offer the same simplicity and durability as the stationary solutions but in a smaller mobile scale. The Mobile solutions are a must for businesses servicing various sites and require frequent relocation. Mobile Recycling Plants are also an ideal solution for plants hire. The SORT-TEC range are 100% designed and manufactured in Australia with locally sourced materials and components.
The SORT-TEC range of Mobile Sorting Solutions has machinery to suit small to medium volume applications ranging from 10m3 per hour through to 60m3 per hour depending on the infeed material. The Mobile solutions have been designed for Construction & Demolition Waste, Commercial & Industrial Waste, Concrete Rubble, Greenwaste and Curbside Recyclables.
MPL 1 – Mobile Picking Line 1
The MPL1 has a single picking line that allows the operator to place bins on one side and pick items on the other, the unit incorporates a hooklift mounted frame which means it’s easily transported by either a hooklift truck or tilt tray. The MPL1 can also be powered from a generator meaning you can literally recycle anywhere.

MVRP 1 – Mobile Vibrating Recycling Plant 1
The MVRP is our entry level recycling plant which is self powered & hooklift mountable meaning you can literally recycle anywhere. The MVRP features a “skid steer” loadable Vibratory screen which is 2.5metres high to separate the fines/soil with the oversize product to be easily sorted on picking line conveyor.
